At the request of the German national canine organisation, Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen (VDH), we remind the FCI members and the judges of the breed “Dachshund” about a major principle:

The colour “cream” is neither recognised nor admitted by the mother club, Deutscher Teckel Club (DTK), and as such, any cream-coloured Dachshund to be judged or registered should be treated according to the FCI regulations.

The dog has to be (re)-registered with a note on the pedigree reading“non-compliant with FCI Breed Standard – Not fit for breeding”, as per Art.17.8 of the Internal Rules of the FCI.

In addition, the dog should be disqualified, according to the Regulations for FCI Dog Shows, Art.6 Qualifications and Placings.

We thank all FCI NCOs for taking note of the above and informing their relevant judges.

应德国国家犬业组织——德意志犬业协会（VDH）的要求，我们在此提醒国际犬业联盟FCI的成员和裁判对于“腊肠犬”这一犬种的一个重要原则：

“奶油色”这一颜色既未得到起源俱乐部——德意志腊肠犬俱乐部（DTK）的认可、也不被该俱乐部所接受，因此，任何奶油色腊肠犬的评判和注册都应按照国际犬业联盟FCI的规定进行处理。

根据国际犬业联盟FCI内部规定第 17.8 条，该犬种奶油色的犬只必须在注册或重新注册时对其血统记录注明“不符合国际犬业联盟的犬种标准——不适用于繁殖”，然后才能进行评判或登记。

此外，根据国际犬业联合会犬展规则第 6 条“资格与名次”，该犬应被取消参赛资格。

在此感谢所有国际犬业联盟FCI的国家成员组织对该内容的重视，也感谢对其相关审查员的提醒。

  各位会员朋友，根据FCI更新要求，上述登记政策自2026年6月2日起执行，该犬种登记时请根据犬只标准中对应毛质选择相应毛色。
