2008 CKU Xi’an All Breed Championship (CACIB) Show

2008 CKU Handler Competetion

On 24 and 25 of May 2008, CKU will run a CACIB show in Xi’an city, a western city of Shanxi Province. The show will be held in a grand indoor stadium called Qu Jiang Internatioanl Conference Center.

All the dogs will be classified into five classes, Baby(4 to 6 months), Puppy(6 to 9 months), Junior(9 to 18 months), Intermediate(15 to 24 months) and Open(15 months above). The show follows FCI show regulation and CACIB rules, and applies FCI 10 group classification.

Introduction of Judges

All Rounder
Stelios is an all round F.C.I. judge. He has judged in dog shows in many countries, B.O.G and B.I.S. He was born in 1964 in Sydney, Australia.
He has spent four years in the Great Britain, where he participated in many dog shows. He has spent most of his life in Greece and currently holds several important positions in Greek dog breeding organizations. Stelios is the Secretary General of the Greek Kennel Club, the Secretary of Judges College of Greek Kennel Club and the Administrator of the Greek Kennel Club for national breeds. As dog breeder and/or dog owner or handler, Stelios is connected with the Sealyham, Lakeland, Boston Terrier, Borzoi, Italian Greyhound, American Cocker Spaniel and Great Dane breeds. He also owns a Kokoni dog, which is a Greek national breed.

All Rounder (FCI)

Monique’s judging career started in 1980 and since that time with judging appointments worldwide. As an active member in many clubs, Monique is the Chairman of "THE ROYAL BELGIAN TERRIER CLUB", since 1987, and she was Vice-Chairman of this Club since 1983. Among her tasks as Show Manager of many successful Belgian Top Terrier Shows, she is also in charge of the redaction of the Club-Magazine.
In 1998 Monique was voted to become Chairman-President on the "INTERRA - The International Association of All Terrier-Clubs (FCI)". In this association, Monique organizes, symposiums about the Terrier-Breeds and various activities. So far 17 countries are member of "The International Association of All Terrier-Clubs (FCI)".
