Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI), founded in 1911, is the most authoritative and influential international kennel organization, including more than 80 countries and regions. On April 21, 2006, China Kennel Union (CKU) signed the “Cooperation Agreement” with FCI, thus became the only recognized contract partner of FCI in China . China Shepherd Dog Club (CSV) is the only member of WUSV in China .

In the past year, CKU introduces internationally recognized standard and system. Dozens of all breeds and specialty shows are successfully held which gain support, understanding and highly reputation in the kennel industry home and aboard

In this exhibition, in order to raise the general public's self-discipline consciousness to avoid some social problems related with dogs, CKU specially set up a start-up ceremony for a mass signature activity named “To be a Responsible Dog Lover”, which can promote the healthy development of the Chinese kennel as well as the harmony of the society. The committee plan to invite all kinds of media to report it.
